Palo Santo Essential Oil – Ecuadorian Dry Forest
Our Palo Santo essential oil comes from the dry forests of coastal Ecuador and is distilled only from naturally fallen or dead trees of Bursera graveolens, respecting the natural life cycle of this sacred species.
Over the past years, we have actively supported the regeneration of the dry forest ecosystem by planting more than 85,000 Palo Santo trees. Building on this commitment, this year we are launching a 300-hectare dry forest restoration project focused on the recovery and conservation of Palo Santo landscapes.
We work closely with local families and collectors from communities in Manabí, ensuring that harvesting is done responsibly while creating sustainable livelihoods. We believe in fair and ethical trade, and we pay a fair price to collectors, helping ensure that forest conservation provides greater value than deforestation.
